Smile Friendly Partnership with Para Hills School

Heroes don’t always wear capes!

But they might wear a badge…

Health and PE teacher Dylan Smith has been named Smile Friendly Hero for Para Hills School. He is a champion for better oral health.

The new Smile Friendly Partnership program from the Australian Dental Foundation provides resources for schools to promote better oral health and to design their own lesson plans, including online learning modules for staff and students..

Smile Friendly project officer Jasmin presented the Smile Hero box, the charter and lots of learning goodies at the Para Hills school assembly recently, where the students surprised us with a moving rendition of the national anthem in Auslan.
